For my final project in the Visual Design course, I created a promotional tour poster for Taylor Swift, leveraging a range of Photoshop skills. I utilized layer masks, color dodge, quick selection, text tools, and glow effects to craft a cohesive design. Sticking to a purple and black color scheme, I adjusted Swift’s lipstick, nail polish, and skirt colors to match the text, achieving visual unity. The gradient tool helped me create a smooth transition from black to purple in the background, while the newspaper texture added a dramatic touch, aligning with her album theme. My primary objective was to ensure that all elements harmonized to create a unified and impactful visual representation.
